We were tasked to get fans excited about the return of the Premier League to Sky Sports after the world cup break.

Insight: Some of the best players in the Prem didn’t qualify for the World Cup, so were left behind.

The Premier League made it’s return over the Xmas break, so we proposed making a pastiche of Home Alone, where Halaand is left behind at the Ethiad, waiting for his team mates (and the Premier League) to return.

Legal meant we had to steer clear of Home Alone, but the final film is fun nonetheless…
