Here's a few examples of some reactive ads we made for zilch, but ended up going next-level viral.
MESSI’S 5TH BALLON D’OR
We were given 24 hours (and zero budget!) to create a reactive post, celebrating Messi's 5th Ballon D’Or.
Our response snowballed around social channels, and ended up being one of the most shared around the event, with adidas also using the image on .com homepage and storefronts around Barcelona.
MESSI WORLD CUP
When it comes to national league football, it doesn’t matter if 10 men on your team can’t compete with the best, when your 11th man is Messi. The magic man is capable of anything, and this was just a little (faked) training stunt we ‘leaked’ out in the lead up to the world cup, to build confidence in his ability to carry the national team, and once again get the world talking about Messi. It worked.
MESSI 15 YEARS
To celebrate Messi’s 15 years as a pro, we used artist Michael Murphy to create a perceptual installation made out of the limited edition anniversary boots. We wanted to use commentary to tell the story of his career, but of course with no money, we had to jump in the sound booth ourselves.
Note: one of the voices is actually Kit Harrington, which means technically we can say we starred in a film with Jon Snow.
